Every pool comes with a manufacture warranty. Intex will replace manufacturing defective product within 90 days of purchase (Except filter pumps, saltwater systems, and LED pool light they typically have a 1 year warranty). If you have a warranty claim or would like more detailed warranty information please call Intex's customer service depart at (800) 234-6839.

You may return your purchased item within 30 days of the date of purchase for a cash refund of the purchase price (shipping is non-refundable). To qualify for a cash refund you must email returns@foxabovegroundpools.com and request a RA # within 30 days of the date of purchase. In your email please include your name, order number and reason for return. Your RA # and return instructions will be emailed back to you. Also to qualify for cash refund the purchased item must arrive in their original condition and packaging. The pool must be unused. The purchased item must be shipped prepaid freight and any items that do not meet these standards will be refused. Please email returns@foxabovegroundpools.com if you have any questions.
